Where your driver will meet you

Drivers meet all passengers inside the landside Arrivals Hall at Costa Coffee, located between Domestic Arrivals and International Arrivals 2. This café operates 24/7 and sits directly opposite the arrival exit doors. It is used by airport teams as the standard location for name-board collections.

For returning departures, the driver will confirm pickup location via SMS or call. Curbside access is managed via professional driver credentials.

All vehicles are air-conditioned, licensed and cleaned before every pickup. Baby seats and booster seats available on request.

• Priority security is available for departures only. Arrivals fast-track has been withdrawn since July 2024.

• After check-in, take sports equipment to the Out-of-Gauge belt between Zones C and D
• Extra-large items beyond OOG are hand-searched in Zone B

When to allow extra time

• Weekday peak hours: 07:00–09:30 and 16:30–19:00
• Public event weekends, especially during August festivals or the Royal Highland Show
• Long-haul arrivals: allow 45–60+ minutes post-gate for luggage
• UK/EU short-haul: meet driver 30–45 minutes after gate
• No arrivals fast-track at EDI
