Once you have landed, proceed through passport control and collect your bags from baggage reclaim. After clearing customs, you will exit into the main arrivals hall on the ground floor. Your driver will be waiting there with a name board displaying your name clearly.

Hamad International operates as a single terminal, so there is no need to transfer between buildings or find the correct terminal. The arrivals hall is centrally positioned and well signposted throughout. Departing from DOH

Arriving at DOH

All flights into Hamad International are international, so every arriving passenger goes through the same immigration and baggage process. Allow approximately 60 minutes from wheels down to clearing customs and exiting into the arrivals hall. The airport is widely recognised as one of the smoother international hubs for processing, but queues during busy arrival windows can extend this estimate. If your travel documents are registered with Qatar's biometric system, processing is typically faster.
