Meeting Your Driver at Antalya Airport

Arrivals

Antalya Airport has two international terminals. Terminal 2 (T2) is the primary international terminal and handles the majority of scheduled flights. Terminal 1 (T1) continues to operate alongside it. Your booking confirmation will specify which terminal your flight arrives into.

For international arrivals at either terminal, the process from gate to arrivals hall follows the same sequence. After deplaning, follow the signs through passport control, then proceed to baggage reclaim. Collect your luggage and pass through customs. Your Airport Executive chauffeur will be waiting in the main arrivals hall with a personalised name board, ready to assist with your luggage and guide you to your vehicle.

For domestic arrivals, passport control is not required. Follow the signs to baggage reclaim, collect your bags and proceed to the arrivals hall, where your driver will be waiting with a name board.

Departures

Please check your booking confirmation to confirm whether your flight departs from Terminal 1 or Terminal 2. Each terminal has its own passenger drop-off zone at the departures entrance. If your itinerary requires a change of terminal, a free shuttle bus runs between T1 and T2 throughout the day. Your chauffeur will drop you at the correct terminal entrance based on your flight details.

Airport Extras at Antalya Airport

Fast Track Security and Immigration

Fast track is available at Antalya Airport for international flights at both Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. The service provides access to dedicated priority lanes at security and passport control, which can make a significant difference during the busy summer months when standard queues can be very long. Fast track can be booked in advance through providers including Airssist, Fastrack VIP, Comfort Pass and Avia Royale, each offering packages that cover both arrivals and departures.

CIP Lounge (International Terminal 1) — located airside on the mezzanine floor, accessed after clearing passport control. Priority Pass is accepted. Day passes are available at approximately €80 per person. Open 24 hours subject to flight schedules, with a maximum stay of three hours per visit.

CIP Lounge (International Terminal 2) — located airside on the third floor, accessed after clearing passport control. Priority Pass is accepted. Day passes are available. Open 24 hours subject to flight schedules, with a maximum stay of three hours per visit. As Terminal 2 is the primary international terminal, this lounge can fill quickly during peak travel periods.

CIP Lounge (Domestic Terminal) — located airside on the second floor after security, near Gate 7. Open to passengers travelling on domestic flights only. Priority Pass is accepted.

Luggage Storage

Self-service luggage lockers are available in the arrivals hall of Terminal 1. Storage costs approximately €5 per 24-hour period and is available on a walk-up basis at the locker bank. The Old Bazaar — a shopping area styled around a traditional Turkish market, with local crafts, spices, textiles and souvenir gifts alongside the standard airport retail offer.

Timing Tips for Antalya Airport

Arriving at Antalya

For international arrivals, allow approximately 45 to 60 minutes from landing to reaching the arrivals hall. This covers the walk from the gate, passport control, baggage reclaim and customs clearance.

During the peak summer season from June to August, and over school holidays, passport control queues at Antalya Airport can be considerably longer. At the busiest times the full process can take 90 minutes or more. Your Airport Executive chauffeur monitors your flight in real time and will be waiting whenever you emerge, but if you are travelling in high season and want a faster passage through immigration, pre-booking fast track is strongly recommended.

For domestic arrivals, no passport control is required. Allow approximately 20 to 30 minutes from landing to reaching the arrivals hall.

Departing from Antalya

For international departures, arrive at the airport at least three hours before your scheduled departure time. This allows sufficient time for check-in, security and passport control. During the summer peak, queues at all stages can be longer than expected, and three hours should be treated as a minimum rather than a comfortable margin.

For domestic departures, arriving two hours before your flight is generally sufficient.
